GHK-Cu: I inject it, and our own grade says the evidence is for skin
I run the injectable for one reason, healing after a skin laser, and I watch the copper because of it.
Goal: Faster skin healing after a CO2 laser treatment.
The decision
Our grade for GHK-Cu is honest: the real evidence is topical, for skin, over months. The injectable longevity story is mostly hope. So why do I inject it? Because I had a CO2 laser treatment and wanted every edge on the healing, and that is a skin job.
I went from 2 mg to 4 mg a night in July, run it daily, and use the topical as well once the skin can take it.
What happened
The laser recovery went well. I cannot tell you how much of that was the copper peptide and how much was everything else I was doing, and anyone who says they can is guessing.
Injected copper skips the gut's own regulation, so on a daily dose it can build up. I take zinc alongside it and check copper, zinc and ceruloplasmin together on my blood panels.
